Our Services

Research, Development & Sourcing Department

Universal Quality Standard

- Concept Development: Designers create sketches and select styles, fits, and details (e.g., pockets, stitching, rivets).

- Pattern Making: Patterns are created based on the design, ensuring proper fit and fabric utilization.

International Packaging & Distribution

We constantly search for new fabrics to ensure high quality and the utmost respect for environmental regulations. In an industry with an increasing need for eco-sustainability, we strive to use raw materials that conform to standards.

-Denim Selection: High-quality denim fabric is sourced, typically in various weights and finishes, based on the design.

-Testing: Fabrics are tested for strength, durability, shrinkage, and color fastness.

-Fabric Preparation: Denim rolls are laid out, layered, and marked with the pattern outlines.

-Cutting: Fabric is precisely cut into pieces for different parts of the jeans (e.g., legs, pockets, waistband).

Stitching & Assembly

- Panel Stitching: Pieces are stitched together using heavy-duty sewing machines. This includes the inseam, outseam, and rise.

- Pocket Assembly: Pockets and decorative elements like embroidery or stitching patterns are stitched onto the jeans.

- Zippers and Waistband: Zippers, buttons, or rivets are attached, and the waistband is sewn on.

WASHING & FINISHING DIVISION

Denim Processing Department

To achieve the desired look and feel, jeans undergo various washing and treatment processes:

- Stone Washing: Adds a faded, worn-in appearance by tumbling the jeans with pumice stones.

- Enzyme Washing: Uses natural enzymes to soften the fabric and enhance its texture.

- Distressing: Manually or mechanically creates rips, tears, or frayed edges for a trendy, aged look.

- Dyeing and Overdyeing: Additional coloring techniques are used to modify or enhance the original denim shade.

Finishing Department

After treatments, the jeans receive their final details. Metal rivets are added at stress points like pocket corners, while buttons and brand-specific labels are affixed. Decorative stitching and embroidery may also be applied, depending on the design. These touches combine functionality with style.

Quality COntrol & PACKAGING DEPARMENT

Universal Quality Standard

Every pair of jeans undergoes meticulous inspection to ensure it meets quality standards. Inspectors examine the stitching, fit, and overall finish for flaws. Only jeans that pass these checks are approved for sale.

International Packaging & Distribution

Once approved, the jeans are folded neatly, tagged with pricing and branding information, and packaged. They are then distributed to retail stores, e-commerce warehouses, or directly to consumers, completing their journey from raw materials to a ready-to-wear product.

Waxed Whiskering Effect
Description

This technique involves creating faded lines or patterns resembling cat whiskers or natural creases on the surface of the denim, typically around the upper thigh and hip areas. It is used to achieve a vintage or worn-in look, making the jeans appear naturally aged or well-worn.

Production Time

1-2 hours

Waxed Whiskering Effect
Description

The sanding effect in jeans refers to a finishing technique used to create a worn, distressed, or faded look on the denim fabric. This process involves manually or mechanically rubbing the surface of the jeans with abrasive materials such as sandpaper or sanding machines. The friction removes some of the indigo dye and softens the fabric, creating lighter areas and a smoother texture.

The sanding effect is often applied to specific areas like the thighs, knees, and seat to mimic natural wear patterns. It enhances the aesthetic appeal of the jeans, giving them a vintage or broken-in appearance, and is a popular method for achieving customized, trendy denim styles.

Production Time

4-5 hours

Waxed Whiskering Effect
Description

The acid tie-dyeing effect in denim is a finishing technique that creates a bold, artistic, and irregular pattern on the fabric, often featuring contrasting light and dark shades. This process involves using chemical agents, such as potassium permanganate or bleaching agents, to partially remove the indigo dye from specific areas of the denim.
